Evaluator Training (07.02.2026)
We conducted our Evaluator Training with more than 1,300 Evaluator Candidates. With the highest participation ever recorded for our Evaluator Training, candidates were provided with information on MEDEK Accreditation, the Self-Evaluation Report, Ethical Principles, Evaluation Criteria, On-Site Evaluation, and the use of the MEDEK Portal.
2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting (Ankara – 10.02.2026)
As part of the 2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting, an event was held in Ankara bringing together representatives of programs that had applied or were planning to apply for the accreditation process. More than 250 participants from different regions attended the event, which was held at Gazi University. During the program, the Evaluation Criteria, Self-Evaluation Report, and MEDEK Portal were addressed separately, followed by a question-and-answer session.
2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting (Istanbul – 12.02.2026)
As part of the 2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting, an event was held in Istanbul bringing together representatives of programs that had applied or were planning to apply for the accreditation process. More than 350 participants from different regions attended the event, which was held at Yıldız Technical University. During the program, the Evaluation Criteria, Self-Evaluation Report, and MEDEK Portal were addressed separately, followed by a question-and-answer session.

More than 300 participants from different regions attended the event, which was held at Dokuz Eylül University. During the program, the Evaluation Criteria, Self-Evaluation Report, and MEDEK Portal were addressed separately, followed by a question-and-answer session.
2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting (Trabzon – 15.02.2026)
As part of the 2026–2027 Accreditation Process Information Meeting, an event was held in Trabzon bringing together representatives of programs that had applied or were planning to apply for the accreditation process. More than 150 participants from different regions attended the event, which was held at Karadeniz Technical University. During the program, the Evaluation Criteria, Self-Evaluation Report, and MEDEK Portal were addressed separately, followed by a question-and-answer session.
MEDEK Evaluation Criteria Workshop
As part of the preparations for the Associate Degree Program Criteria v2.0, an Evaluation Criteria Workshop was held with the participation of 60 participants. The workshop addressed the Evaluation Criteria, Program Outcomes, and Program-Specific Outcomes. In addition, feedback forms received from institutions concerning the Evaluation Criteria and Program-Specific Outcomes were evaluated separately at different tables.
Team Chairs Information and Evaluation Meeting
A face-to-face meeting was held to provide information to the Team Chairs who would serve during the 2026 First Accreditation Period. A total of 126 Team Chairs from more than 40 universities participated in the meeting. The Evaluation Criteria, accreditation processes, on-site visit process, MEDEK Portal, ethics, and communication were revisited during the meeting. Finally, simulations based on different scenarios were conducted at separate tables to assess potential situations that might arise during the evaluation process.
Student Evaluator Training (06.08.2026)
We conducted our Student Evaluator Training with more than 100 Student Evaluator Candidates. The candidates were provided with information on MEDEK Accreditation, the Self-Evaluation Report, Ethical Principles, Evaluation Criteria, and On-Site Evaluation.
