2026 First Accreditation Period Application
The associate degree programme application form must be completed and the signed application document uploaded to the www.medek.org.tr website. (Note: upon request, applications may be transferred to the second period.)
Evaluation of the applications by MEDEK
Notification of the application results to the institutions
Deadline for notifying the institutions of any additional information and documents required.
Submission of the required additional information and documents to MEDEK
Notification of the contract offers to the institutions
Deadline for announcing the programmes eligible for accreditation evaluation in 2026 together with the related contract offers
Delivery of the signed contracts to MEDEK by the institution
Deadline for approving the contract offers via the MEDEK Portal.
Submission of the Self-Evaluation Reports via the MEDEK Portal
Deadline for submitting the self/interim evaluation reports of the applied programmes via the portal
Notification of the Self-Evaluation Report deficiencies to the institution
Deadline for notifying the institutions of the reporting and/or factual errors identified during the preliminary review
Submission of the corrected Self-Evaluation Reports via the Portal
Deadline for the institutions to upload the reports whose format and/or factual errors have been corrected to the MEDEK Portal
